I’m about to give away my age, but I’ve liked Zendaya since Shake it Up launched on Disney Channel. Since she first appeared on the scene, the diva has worn eye-catching clothing with everything from amusing frills to lovely designs. Zendaya’s style including the vintage-inspired skirt she just wore not long remains hot through the test of time.
The actresses were recently seen at the Paramount Theatre in Los Angeles for the Euphoria FYC event. Zendaya reunited with her co-stars Sydney Sweeney, Maude Apatow, and Hunter Schafer while sporting a preppy getup courtesy of fashion designer Law Roach. The stylist went for a black short-sleeve polo with pearl embellishments that accentuated Zendaya’s curvy torso. The gingham midi skirt was designed by fashion house Schiaparelli and coupled with the top. The $1,913 skirt is constructed of dense cotton and linen and wraps to show a smooth silhouette. The high waist of the skirt is accented with the trendiest gold padlock, a trademark of the Schiaparelli label from the designer’s 1935 debut as a purse fastener.
In terms of footwear, Zendaya wore a pair of $795 So Kate Christian Louboutin pumps. The heels were pointed at the toe and were made of patent leather. The actress’ already long legs looked even longer thanks to the height of the heels. Zendaya opted for a minimum of adornment, opting instead for a set of modest, dazzling stud earrings, and I couldn’t be happier about it.
